Agreement to Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Pnavigator executive risk intelligence platform ("Platform") provided by Pnavigator ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our Platform, you ("Executive User," "you," or "your") agree to be bound by these Terms.

Our Platform is designed exclusively for executive leadership teams and requires invitation-only access. These Terms reflect the unique requirements and responsibilities associated with executive-level risk intelligence services.

Platform Access and Eligibility

Invitation-Only Access

Access to the Pnavigator Platform is by invitation only and limited to verified executive leadership teams. You must:

  • Hold a C-suite or senior executive position within your organization
  • Receive a formal invitation from Pnavigator or an authorized partner
  • Complete our executive verification and onboarding process
  • Maintain active executive status throughout your use of the Platform
  • Provide accurate and current professional credentials
  • Comply with your organization's data governance policies
  • Meet minimum revenue or asset thresholds as specified
  • Demonstrate legitimate business need for risk intelligence services
  • Agree to periodic re-verification of executive status

Account Responsibilities

As an Executive User, you are responsible for:

  • Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
  • Ensuring all account information remains accurate and current
  • Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breaches
  • Complying with your organization's data governance and security policies
  • Supervising access by authorized team members
  • Implementing appropriate internal controls and procedures
  • Reporting suspected fraud or misuse immediately
  • Maintaining adequate insurance coverage for cyber risks
  • Ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations
  • Protecting confidential information shared through the Platform

Prohibited Activities

You may not use the Platform to:

  • Share access credentials with non-executive personnel
  • Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise platform security
  • Use the service for illegal or unauthorized purposes
  • Interfere with other users' access or platform operations
  • Extract or redistribute platform data without authorization
  • Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or industry standards
  • Engage in market manipulation or insider trading
  • Compromise the confidentiality of other users' data
  • Use automated tools to access or scrape platform content
  • Transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code
  • Impersonate other users or provide false information

Service Terms and Limitations

Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the Platform with reasonable notice to Executive Users. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to minimize disruption to your operations.

Limitation of Liability

While we strive to provide accurate and timely risk intelligence, the Platform is provided "as is" without warranties. Executive Users acknowledge that:

  • Risk intelligence is inherently predictive and subject to uncertainty
  • Final strategic decisions remain the responsibility of executive leadership
  • We are not liable for business decisions made based on Platform insights
  • Our liability is limited to the fees paid for Platform services
  • Force majeure events may impact service availability
  • Third-party data sources may contain errors or omissions
  • Market conditions can change rapidly and unpredictably
  • Regulatory requirements may vary by jurisdiction

Indemnification

Executive Users agree to indemnify Pnavigator against claims arising from misuse of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

Account Termination

Termination by Executive User

You may terminate your Platform access at any time by contacting our Executive Support team. Upon termination:

  • Your access to the Platform will be immediately suspended
  • Your data will be securely deleted within 30 days unless otherwise requested
  • You may request data export in standard formats before deletion
  • Outstanding fees and obligations remain due and payable
  • Confidentiality obligations continue beyond termination
  • Audit and compliance records may be retained as required by law

Termination by Pnavigator

We may terminate access for violations of these Terms, security concerns, or if you no longer meet executive eligibility requirements. We will provide reasonable notice except in cases of serious security violations.
